Trends for Fall
Bring on the Pumpkin spice, Fall has arrived. Well, not officially until the 22nd but it is so close we can smell it, literally. Walk into any home design store and every pumpkin, or cinnamon scent will fill the air. With any new season, we always see new design trends. Here are our favorites.
Interiorscape
Interiorscape by definition is an installation of plants decorating the inside of a home or building … bringing the outside in is a continued theme we’ve since 2017 arrived and we LOVE it. Elle Décor said it best … “During the fall and winter months, ‘interiorscapes’, or indoor landscapes, will become more prevalent as homeowners seek to bring the outdoors in…” Not just limited to houseplants, owners are experimenting with more elaborate flora design like green walls, tropical container gardens, and interior courtyards.

Pops of Rosé
Blush is the new black. Home Accents in range of shades, like this pretty pink pantry by deVOL, prove hues are here to stay. Pantone has their color palette out this week too … take a look. As we have said before you can change the look of your home just by painting a wall. These fall colors are the perfect shades for winter too so don’t be afraid, try something new.

Velvet
We tend to equate velvet with romance. Everything really does feel better when there’s a little velvet in our life, what once was something considered “vintage” is making a comeback not only in fashion but in interior design too. Whether it is a couch or a comfy accent chair velvet is EVERYWHERE this season.
This Kittrelle + Chesterfield Sofa as seen on Wayfair is one of our favorites.
